These lending library items are available in Rondebosch (Southern Suburbs) Cape Town, South Africa. Please Contact Us should you wish to know more about how the lending library works, or to reserve a book or movie for collection.
Books and movies can be loaned for 2 weeks at a time (renewable if more time is required).
Anyone else wishing to borrow a book or movie will be required to submit a R200 security deposit, which will be refunded in full (or in part if the book/video is damaged or not returned for an extended amount of time) when the item is returned.
This allows you to read the book or watch the movie in the comfort of your own home and in your own time. It will also allow you to share the book with your partner, other children, mother, friend or anyone else sharing in the special time of your pregnancy.
The following Books are currently available:
– Mommy Please Don’t Cry: There Are No Tears in Heaven. “Mommy, Please Don’t Cry is a book of love and comfort for mothers who have experienced the deep sorrow of losing a child. Serene illustrations frame gentle words that describe heaven from a child’s perspective.

– The Great Ormond Street New Baby and Child Care Book A very comprehensive pregnancy and child-care book. At 640 pages of straight text, uncluttered by drawings or photographs, the style is not dense; it remains very readable and can be read from start to finish–take a journey through your child’s conception and early years–or dipped into using the index.
